Name is Clint and I am in Far West Kentucky. I have two ponds on my property. One is a bit over 1/2 acre and the other (at full pool) is about the same. One pond is fed by a well so I keep it topped off while the other depends on run-off from my neighbor's field. The second one I lose every August. This year for the first time I had algae in my upper pond. It is the hair like green that has turned brown. If it comes back next spring I will be looking for a solution.
