Nope, yep and it's a name given to common carp that have a unique (or lack thereof) scale pattern. They look close to what is called a mirror carp.

White amur is a name developed to avoid use of the name "carp", which often has derogatory connotations in North America. The name derives from the Amur River in Asia where the species is native. White amur are grass carp, Ctenopharyngodon idella. Most sold by hatcheries are triploid and are sterile. Most states require them to be this way for them to be legal to stock into ponds. Grass carp are drawn to flowing water and thus are pond escape artists. Their eggs require long stretches of running water to hatch successfully so even if were not triploid they wouldn't be able to spawn in a pond. The concern is their escape from the pond to the river drainage the pond is in. There they could reproduce and wreak havoc on the ecosystem with the diet of aquatic plants.

White sucker, Catostomus commersonii is a species of sucker found throughout eastern and the Midwestern part of North America from southern Canada, south to N. GA and even into N. Mexico. It is bottom feeder most common in larger creeks and small rivers. White suckers are often pickled or smoked and in some parts of the country are referred to as mullet. They often make large spawning runs up small creeks to spawn in late winter or early spring, that is when catching them via hook and line is easiest.

The Israel or Israeli carp is as has already been said, nothing more than a selectively bred common carp, Cyprinus carpio. It tends to have fewer scales, a faster growth rate but a smaller maximum size and a chunkier appearance than a run of the mill common carp.
