I can't find it but I believe that you once said that feeding twice a day did not increase growth much more than once a day. Just trying to figure out what to do with the pirahnas in my pond. thanks

When fish get to be a certain size feeding to satiation once a day is good enough for me. And as I said I still got outstanding growth rates even with the trout.
Bluegill over 7 inches once a day. Trout over 12 inches once a day. Yellow Perch over 10 inches once a day. Largemouth over 14 inches once a day. Smallmouth over 12 inches once a day.

If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.

Piranhas huh? Well if I was a tooth doc, I'd probably pull their teeth before I tried to increase their size.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.
