can H. stripers and SMB swim together in a 4 acre pond without one killing the other off?

Yes they can. As always, have a strong forage base. Both will eat roughly the same fish, however the Hybrids will readily take commercial feed. Therefore you can feed some of your stripers which should keep them from devouring all the SMB forage. Don't forget Smallies love gravel and riprap so if possible have ample amounts in your pond and if you can get your hands on some crawfish that'd be a plus in the smallies favor.
