I have a 1 acre pond that was built 8 years ago In years of progression we have had the biggest bass in pond to be 14,16,18 and 20 inches over a 6 year progress then the bass started to stay at 20 inches until this year about 24 inches and about 4 pounds was this bass http://bigbluegill.com/photo/2010-pictures-141?context=user I think the pond overpopulation with bass but I am unsure how many fish do I need to take out each year?

As many small ones as you can..
I believe in catch and release. I catch then release to the grease.. BG. CSBG. LMB. HSB. RES.
