I killed off my EWM this spring with 2,4-D amine @ 2ppm. I've seen it starting to re-emerge over the last 2-3 weeks. Some of the plants I'm snagging are up to 5' long. Is it too late to treat it now or should I wait till spring and clobber it again with the amine? I'm in east central Indiana and it's probably going to start cooling down soon. Thanks for the opinions in advance! Mark

I don't know much about EWM. It may be going dormant this time of year. If it's not currently at problem densities, it may be a benefit to your YOY over the winter as a source of food, whether directly for the plants/animals that may grow on/around it. It could also provide YOY some protective cover as well.
