It has to do with a setting on your computers.

Todd, hold down Ctrl, then Print Screen. It'll copy, then you paste it into a paint document. Then edit it to fit how you want, upload to photobucket, and paste it. I want to see my avatar!

FYI - everyone's avatars are showing to me. Make sure your user preferences are set correctly ie Omaha demonstrated. No one on this side has touched the settings...unless UBB did something and didn't inform us.
