I have a pond that is bout 7 years old its got crappie, bass, catfish, and brim. Ive started to work on the pond catching some of the crappie and smaller bass out of the pond to help get the size up on the fish. All of my brim(that I catch)are usualy bigger than my hand but I do see some smaller ones around the bank. I was thinking about putting some shinners in the pond to help the bass. Do yall think this would be ok or would it even help? If so where can I get some?

It depends on what type (and size) of fish you are managing for.
What's your goals for the pond? What do you eventually want to catch, and what size?

It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.
