My crumbling culvert at the end of the dam to cross the stream has plugged up, but that may be a good thing. Forgot the real camera but the cell camera photo shows all the nice wetland/marsh fish nursery it makes by not draining that extra 2 feet of water out of the pond. I think I will just turn it into a spillway and let it stay at this level. Here is a pic of what the higher water level does, pond can be seen in the background, looking south from under a willow oak stump sprout. Counted around 25-50 fry per square foot in 5 different spots, don't know what kind.
