When I was 30 I could drop 30 pounds in 30 days while drinking beer with no workouts. Now it takes 90 days to drop 30 pounds with no beer and daily workouts. It doesn’t seem fair because I deserve to look good. Is there a government lard-butt grant for my situation? Should I litigate the bad corporate food Cartel?

Now it takes 90 days to drop 30 pounds with no beer and daily workouts. Is it the age difference, or are the workouts and lack of beer holding you back?

stop eating fast food it is making this country fat. no body has the time to cook a good meal anymore We still prepare delicious home cooked meals with loving care. We only eat out 2-3 times a month. Doesn't help, still overweight.

I remember when it was illegal to traffic margerine in Wisconsin. About that same time it was illegal to sell colored margarine in Iowa. It came with a little packet of yellow coloring if you wanted to make it look butter-like at home. Who are these people?

I remember when it was illegal to traffic margerine in Wisconsin. Bski put himself through Prep School as a Butterlegger.

Get some Kettle Bells, Dwight.
You might take some 50-60lb. bells. Maybe 70lb. bells...

I already have enough muscle (covered with a layer of insulation). I suppose juggling a couple of the 70 pound ones could be considered aerobic activity.

Well, maybe from the neck down.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

Old Photo I don't want to put a new one out here until my ripped abs are fully visible and I am rid of this winter pallor.

If you say so, Mabro, if you say so.
Are you going some place south to get some sun?

There was a time in the not too distant past when "Gail's beer" was on the left side and "Dwight's beer" was on the right side of the Beer Fridge. Now it is all "Gail's beer" on both sides.

I am tooting my own horn, sorry. It has been 100 days since I started shape shifting. I celebrated this morning by eating 1/4 of a pork chop and a fried egg for breakfast. Then I did my normal 40 minute aerobic workout and went for a 45 minute, 3 mile walk, afterward. Pounds lost so far: 35 Resting pulse: 67 (was 80) Blood Pressure: 118/70 (was 138/84) Stamina increase: 44% (based on aerobic weights increases and repetition increases averaged per hour)
