Folks, I used to receive, many years ago, a catalog from an Aquaculture company down in Texas or somewhere down there, at the time, everyone thought that was "the" place to get all of ones needs and now I can not remember the name of the place and havent recd a catalog for a dozen years or so and wondered if there is a place that most of you guys would recommend for having a huge, full line of products a a reasonable price. I am sure there are only a handfull of major players out there but if anyone could post there names/web address, that would be great, my buddy is raising bait and selling it this year and is in need of some rahter specific stuff.
Thanks, Salmonid

Mark if you click on the "Resource Guide" in the upper left of the screen and then click on pond supplies you will find a list of vendors that sell pond supplies. Aquatic Eco-Systems, Inc puts out a beautiful catalog (that borderlines on pond pornography ), I think they are out of florida. Other Pond Boss vendors put out catalogs as well but I am not sure which ones. Also keep in mind once you have a product in mind be sure to check with other suppliers that are forum supporters (Bob Lusk, Greg Grimes, Nate Herman) some of these folks don't produce a catalog (as far as I know) but will be competitive with prices.

I bet you are thinking about Boatcycle Mfg in Henderson, Texas.

Dang if I knew the boss was gonna read this I wouldn't have used the term "pond pornography." Oops - I did it again!

LOL! You can never tell when The Boss might come around but you can just about bet that it will be when you're doing something you regret having him see!
If you're too scared to throw that bait where the fish are, why did you tie it on?

If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.

Bob, thanks, it looks like Boatcycle have what we are looking for, bags, netting, scales etc. I appreciate the help and ordered a catalog.
JHAP, thanks for that info on the resources link but most of those places looked like pond helper places vs selling aquaculture supplies, still I didnt remember to look there so I learned something, thanks.
Keep em coming guys and as always, Thanks a head of time! BTW, its 3 degrees out with a 20 MPH wind as I head out to start my deliveries....I wish winter or spring would just make a stand and stick it out, I need either ice or open water, not this inbetween stuff
