I just read a post on the Texas Fishing Forum that said Old Tires thrown into your pond will help with Algae control. Has anyone ever heard of this? Is this true?

My neighbor put some old tires in his pond for structure and he's got more algae than I do.....

You got that right! Maybe a portion of the equasion is the amount of biomass that he's carrying per acre vs. mine.
