Tom, nice, fat bass you have there. Especially with all this heat; you know, them sweating like us all the time. I'm down 3 pounds since Lusk started his diet.

Caught my first muskie this past weekend after two years of huntin'! What a beast too. Is there any way to post pics without having to open a photo account somewhere? Seeing a 52" muskie glide by in only 6' of crystal clear water is pretty cool. Circling back and seeing it t-bone your 12" Jake really gets the adrenaline going!

Thanks very much guys, this fish means a lot to me. Funny thing was that there was a family of canadian geese (which is rare on this lake) that had a nest in the same bay. The geese only had two young ones with them and I couldn't help but think "I bet you started the year off with 6..."

Yep I bet baby geese make a good muskie bait. Ok Omaha how did you do that? I use photobucket.com. I think there are others out there, and I'm no expert on which one's are best, but I've had good luck and consistency using photobucket. It's really easy, you have your picture saved into a file on your computer somewhere and you register on photobucket to upload the photo and then it provides you 4 options to paste onto a forum (a few other places to paste too, but I only use the IMG forum paste one). And that's it. If I can do it, you can do it.

I think the "IMG" in the brackets needs to be capital letters as opposed to "[img]"

Could be. Here's what the picture looks like in the post, or in code form, and the IMGs are capitalized.

Pic of my dad with a bluegill caught in May. Caught from a nearby pond, but now resides in our pond. The length was 9 7/8". The width was close to 3". Didn't have a tape to get an actual girth measurement.

That bluegill needs an intervention. Or perhaps a Tae Bo workout DVD.

IIRC the BG & LMB were on Gulp Earthworms, the RES on a Powerbait Honeyworm, all under a bobber. Getting too dry to get many earthworms/crawlers now unless I have watered the worm patch, and I forgot that week.
