Has anyone ever used septic leaching chambers for structure? They cost a little over 40 bucks and are about 36 by 75 inches. They look like they would make good structure. I am thinking of trying a couple.
In Dog Beers, I've had one.

those things are called infiltrators, what about cutting 55 gallon plastic drums in half and connecting them with bolts or chain seems like they would be alot cheaper(free in most cases)
i can see catfish using them for nesting/breeding grounds

Yeah they are the big plastic thingies. I think Chris is probably right, I have some plastic drums I may try one and hope the bass eat most of the catfish fry.
