Looking for advice regarding new pond construction--well/windmill out here in the sometimes drought stricken plains.....??

Dan,glad you are on board our board. You will gets lots of information. First, we need to know more about what you wish to do. If you can tell us your goals, your vision, we can be of better help. As you think about those goals, let us know what you have to work with. How much land, what size pond site, how much watershed, how much water from the windmill. I would start by reading any number of these threads. There are many which will be pertinent. Also, subscribe to Pond Boss and look at back issues to get an idea what has been printed. We also have a number of books, videos, etc. which can be of help. But, first, we need to know what you want to do, then we will be of better help.
