What are your favorite lures for pond fishing?
I use Zoom Trick worms (Watermellon Candy) and Z nails Watermellon Candy) and finesse worms (Watermellon Candy) all year.
I also use Yum Wooly Hawg Craws (Green Pumpkin) all year.
The Zoom trick worms, and finesse worms catch a lot of small bass. they work great for thining the numbers of stunted bass.

If you were trying to catch someof the larger bass in the pond I like a jackall mickey swimbait or a blue/black jig are hard to beat. I can't tell you how many bass over 6 pounds ive caught on those 2 lures. For numbers of bass ive been having some great success on a road runner with a red/white body. I used to catch alot of bass on the caralina rig with a purple jelly worm with a hot pink tail, Renegade makes them. I think my bass got used to seeing them because I can't hardly get a bite on them now.

Those Bagley bluegill are pretty realistic looking. I'll have to get a few.

Brett295, on the Bagely Small Fry Bream, the 0-7ft model is the one I like the most.

I like weedless worms. I believe in a very soft presentation and no more than 8 pound line.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

Kelly's Plow Jockey (purple) with a small snap swivel fished slowly near the shore line. It has amazing action and catches bass better than anything I have tried. Been using it for 20 years.

New favorite. "Lake Fork Magic Shad" My new favorite also. Outfishes everything else in the tackle box. The only problem I have with these is that the bass absolutely shred them... and often yank the tails off also. I went through 2 packs (that's 10 swimbaits) in just one day of fishing. Of course, I caught around 80 bass, but jeesh... hehe Depending on the time of year, spinnerbait with a small pork frog trailer works really well also.
12 ac pond in NW Missouri. 28' max depth at full pool. Fish Present: LMB, BG, RES, YP, CC, WB, HSB, WE, BCP, WCP, GSH.

Hey what's that soft lure that has a wounded fish action that I saw on an infomercial? It has a single hook that goes through the "lip" of the "fish". The commercial showed it being demonstrated in a big aquarium on bass.

Yeah that's it. Has anyone fished with it? The action looks fantastic. It looks like it would be fairly weedless too. http://www.banjominnow.com/
