I would like to apologize to all on this forum for a thread I started yesterday. In my anger I said somethings and hope I did not offend anyone, it was not my intentions.. I appreciate everyone's suggestions and again my sincerest apologies to all. I will NEVER, EVER start another controversial thread. I hope my apology is accepted by all. I couldn't leave you guys without adult supervision. Thanks

I was soooooooooooooooooooo offended.  Especially since I am perfect and have NEVER EVER done anything like that.  Seriously Heybud I can understand your frustration, and I sure know what it's like to get angry about people that aren't as responsible as we are. I hope you resolve the issue.
If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.

Well...I missed it, but I can say that I've spoken to heybud on the phone shooting the breeze about our histories of work.
He's of the finest sort, and I look forward to meeting him in a few months.
I've been at a trade show all week. My company never splurges on the carpet pad for the booth. My feet are throbbing.

To the moderators: If what I've posted below is not in relation to the subject I think it is, or if you feel it is in any way out-of-line, please delete this post.
If this was about the thread I think it was, I certainly didn't think it was offensive. I started to answer it, but hit DELETE instead of SUBMIT because I was concerned about legal issues on several fronts.
I've faced a very similar problem, and I fully understand the anger. As of about 9:30 EDST last night, I didn't think the posts were at all out of line, but the thread could have gotten out of hand (after I went to bed).
About three years ago I spent a lot of time with the sheriff and animal control over something like this. I'm now afraid to call local law enforcement, the DNR, or the state authorities to ask where such an issue crosses from legal to illegal. Here is WV, it is a very fine line. I feel if I ask questions, I may be the subject of the next investigation no matter where something like this happens in the state.

Cat - neither yours nor heybuds were out of line. You make a very good point which is why we have to be careful what is posted. The last thing we want is for someone here to have a problem because an outsider finds a post to use against them.
This thread will soon be removed for that reason. Its purpose has been achieved.
