It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

The mailman brought mine yesterday, with a loose cover. Mrs. Gallus snagged it and read it first.

Yup. Most of it made it in one piece* to "no address" WV.
[*Edit: My "centerfold" fell out, and was no longer in the center.]

Actually, when mine arrived, it was beat up. I think we'll hear that a lot of ours were beat up. I think this is due to the shear size of the thing. The old binding method can no longer contain the girth of what is now Pond Boss. My cover is now apart from the guts.
Not only that you got yours, but comment if it was in one piece or not.

The center four pages of mine fell out when I got them. The massive volume of information exceeded the specifications of the staples.

There's just too much mass between the covers. Most likely the curb weight of the magazine simply overwhelmed the tiny staples.

Nate, I didn't think I was giving too much away since Lusk had already posted about it. Sorry to you and others if I ruined anything. BTW - mine was in fine condition. If the printer were to use a seal on the open end to keep it closed they may have more success for not much more cost (but then the mailman couldn't read it).

Victor, you are right...Luskie did let on about the main thrust of this issue.

Victor, I thought your post was pretty genious! Got my mag and am having a hard time not reading it until later. I would like to comment on SE ponds add on the back page. It looks super cool! Way better than the old liming pic. Is that legal to say in this thread?

South Dakota is on the front end of delivery this time! Mine arrived today, as did the one for a pondowner here in Brookings.

Got mine Yesterday when I returned from Texoma. A guess the PB is bigtime now, I got a dvd insert in the mag. WOW Pondboss groweds up and groweds up. OK now about the fishing at Texoma. It was a toiugh day. Cold and windy in the morning. and clean skies in the PM. We managed 12 fish (1 cat, 1 Sandy, 10 striper) and we had to work for them. But it was still a fun day. Our guide was good and we were comfortable too. But I havent even had this bad of a day on on texoma. EVERYONE we saw or talked too didnt even do as well as we did.
