The tail doesn't look as rounded as it should... but i'd say a tiger.

I'm gussing the other way, that it is a pure-strain in the barred phase.

:EDIT:

I just wanted to add my explanation that the tail fin, although we don't see the best shot, looks to pointy to be a tiger.
