This shouthern girl has had enough! Also, looking at putting geothermo in this year...anytime now. Cannot wait until it warms up so I can enjoy the pond again and watch the fish eat and feed. Not brave enought to do the ice-fishing thing. Oh well.

It's 8 pm. It was 40 something degrees this morning. Now it's 8 and dropping. The wind gusts, predicted in the 40 - 50 range, are kickin' our arse. The house and windows on the western exposure are snappin, cracklin, and poppin.

Forty mph gusting to 55 mph. Temp dropped from mid 60's to below freezing. More wind today but not as extreme. It's not about the fish. It's about the pond.
