Moderators please delete this if not allowed. I didn't know where to post it so I am putting it here. For Sale: 30 acres 1 hour south east of Kansas City, MO. Site is perfect for 3 - 4 acre pond. Pond could be larger but water shed is aprox. 28 acres for site (location calls for 10 to 1 ratio). Good soils for pond building.
