Just crious if anyone has built something fun for the kids at their pond? I've been searching for a used pool slide and they are hard to come by. Has anyone build a water shoot out of large diameter plastic piping or done any thing else creative for the kiddies?
Thanks

I want to build a zip line but I also don't want to injure the kids so I am hesitant to build it. I have connections for the cable as my cousin works for a elevator company. I am interested in how that thing works and how to anchor it on each end. I have a good tree at one end but the other would have to anchor to a pole or something. I can go tree to tree but it is less desirable location
A little snow, Please!

Geez Louise LavaRock, I started looking for the Italian Acrobat Circus performers!!! Our daughter (and frens) want a slide, and the easy (ie: expensive) route would be this: http://www.amerimerc.com/Commercial-Swimming-Pool-Slide~swim-club-ii.htm I want a zip line, but I will design the ladder and platform out over the water incase there is a slip and fall situation. Keep in mind, the line doesn't need much slope as it will "sink" as the person hanging on it goes further out.

I've been keeping my eye open for a slide too. I watch craigslist, ebay and american classifieds for something to come along. I'm not in a rush, so when it happens, it happens.
Right now the kids have some rafts and blow up things from walmart that they have allot of fun with.
One thing that I'm probably going to buy is a dock mounted basketball net. They are on ebay for around $60 to $70 for the type I like.
