Harold Arms is in Dublin, I think. Malcolm Johnson is at 512 396 1231. I've met both and they are old pros who have seen just about everything. Todd Overton is in East Texas. Ken Hale is also in East Texas. Tyler Fish Farm stocked The Presidents water holes. Lake Management Services is in Richmond, Texas at 281 342-6018.

These guys all have good reputations. Most buy their fish from Arkansas fish farms.I doubt that any of them would sell you a fish right now. Too durn hot to either transport or stock.

TG4, I concur with Dave’s recommendations, but the only two I am personally acquainted with are Bob Waldrop of Tyler Fish Farm and Todd Overton, owner/operator of Overton Fisheries between Buffalo and Centerville.

Both operate their own hatcheries and grow their own fish, where as most, as Dave say’s truck theirs from Arkansas fish farms.

I recently had the opportunity to “tour” Overton Fish Farms and he has quite an extensive operation.

Thanks for the info. It will be awhile before I need the fish. Even if I could get them right now I am still recovering from having new cartlige put in my knee. The Overton farm looks real good, but I would like to get fish as close as possible I go through Dublin on the way to my property. I did a search and did not find a web site or phone # for Harold. Does anyone have this info.
