OP Shane Kennedy Lunker S Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 18 Pittsboro, NC	my dam is lined w/ 40mil epdm & is 8-10' tall i'd like to add a tree to block the view of some unsightly power lines w/ the liner in place i should have no problems w/ seapage are there other concerns i should have planting the tree is there a good shallow-root tree that would be more appropriate for a dam ?

Some of the bamboo can grow , I think it was 50 to 60 ft tall pretty quick. If you can bush-hog to control maybe that's an option.
