Pond Boss Forums INTRO Questions & Observations Fishing is great now, how do i keep it that way.

I built my pond 1 ac pond in 1994. I let is sit for two years before i put 36 blue gills in. Four year ago i stocked the pond with 26 lmb. I fish a couple times a week. In about an hours time a catch any where from 6 to 12 bass. Most of the bass range form 12 to 19 inches. There are thousands little blue gills and a lot of baby bass. My question is this. What size blue gill should be taken out of the pond and should i take out the small bass i catch, witch are very few.
The pond seems to be doing well now but id like some advise on how to keep it this way. My kids and i are the only ones who fish and we put back every thing we catch. Id like to hear what some of you think.
