Sorry guys, the cover was in response to a remark about what rights are awarded with a patent in terms of who can/cannot or is supposed to use, make or manufacture a product that is patented. We have had a full non-provisional or utility patent for our artificial fish habitat for quite a few years now. A design patent carries no written claims, simply a picture of a product that can't be copied to look the same and has a much shorter term than a utilty patent.
