Your Avatar is directly from PhotoBucket and embedded here. I don't think clearing cookies on your puter would do any good to alleviate the issue. It would be on the photobucket side tho, because that's where the code comes from.

Not sure but it didn't last long. It was was a photo that definitely was not my avatar and it wasn't in my photo bucket account. It appeared to be a young girl pointing at something. Scott informed me there was some weird stuff going on on the site this morning.
