Thanks guys, I love the color too. It actually is very clear down to about 24" or so, after the drop off the water seems to have a natural emerald green color. It use to be a sand quarry, I think it's a natural color they seem to have in that area. The water temp is 49 degrees right now, so I don't thing it is a plankton bloom. I got a water test, but didn't see any unusually high mineral readings, did have low pH and alkalinity. But I'm not sure what mineral would cause that color.
