I have a 1.5 acre pond 6-18 ft deep that I overstocked because I have kids and grandparents that love to fish and we will keep more than most people to eat. i had a bad duckweed problem. i started having a fish die off and I got the problem under control with Reward. does killing the weeds take away the oxygen. i have a well that is pumping water into the pond at 11gal a minute. I also run a boat around once a day to stir up the water. does this help or hurt. thanks

I would put aeration in no matter what. Since you killed off the weed you will have a lot of decomposing material that you would like the good bacteria to eat. The ones that liuke oxygen. I don't think the boat will have any effect on you roxgen levels. You need to stir the bottom and areate.

Going by the number of posts, you are new to the site so welcome aboard! Take some time to read through the information here and it may help address your questions.
One point about well water is that its not oxygenated. If you depend on well water to suppliment the water needs of your pond, it will probably serve you well (no pun intended) to have some type of aeration system.
