Hi all.
We just closed on a 7.5 acre property with a 2 acre lake.Its a manmade (mid 90's). Truely a dream location. Previous owners have let some things slide when comes to maintaining this beautiful place, so I will need a lot of help from you- the experts. Hope to become active member on this forum. Thanks.

Welcome! I just outside of Fayetteville and I see your location says the Sandhills! We are almost neighbors (although my pond is in Virginia)
