Here's a pic of hbs caught by son on red wiggler under bobber. Stocked 100 of. These into my 4.5. Acre lake last fall. They were 6-8 inches when stocked. Feed mornin & evening with catfish pellets.
Im the only one not to hook into one. Boy do they take off when they realize their hooked. Also noticed he bent up when first released but straightened up & took off after a few seconds......
Now if I can figure out how to catch the damn things.

Added pic to file manager but cant get it to post ....help please

Do you see them feeding on catfish food.? I have a 3.5acre pond with 65 HSB and I can't even through a worm out without catching one. What was the water temp and air temp to cause him to curl up? I thought that was a summer heat thing..

I believe in catch and release. I catch then release to the grease..
