I manage a campground in MS. We have a 7ac lake and it has a levee at one end. There is a spillway at one end of the levee and a drain in the middle of the levee. I hope i am using the correct terms. The drain has a valve on it and it is open but the water is to low to flow through it right now. Not sure of the drains original heighth because it has rusted off. During its peak the lake only comes to two feet below the dock. The drain is made of corragated pipe 2' in diameter. it had a cross shaped piece in the center i guess as a trash grate. What can I do to fix the rusted pipe and bring the level of water up?

Olecrow,
Welcome to Pond Boss. Unfortunately, many corrugated pipe/culverts rust out in 20 years or less. There has been some discussion here on the use of material to line a rusting pipe, but I'm not sure there were any conclusive results. Maybe some of the other members remember the thread. I couldn't find it.
Your best bet would probably be to find a local excavating company that regularly works with culverts and ponds.
Regards, Ken
