Sunil thanks for asking. I promise I will figure out how to post picture when he gets here. She is now 10 days past due. We waited 5 years on this and you would think a few days no problem. These are some long days lately. Good news is that since she is keeping me close I have had time to look at this site more when working in the office.

Frank this heat is brutal. I'm in the office again today, too hot to work out there. I'm becoming wussy in my old age. Still saying prayers he shows up by monday. My parents have to go out of town for 10 days and would hate for them to miss it. Wendy is againist inducing but we will not go longer than next friday not matter what. thanks

Hang in there and keep us posted on Greg Jr.

BTW I had a high of 102 today! And I have a workday Sunday at the pond to get ready for a shed installation on Tuesday.

Greg -- prayers for a safe and successful birth. Once he gets you wrapped around his finger you will really think you are a wimp.

Frank good luck and keep us posted on the Tshad trial. You must have enough of a plankton bloom.

Eric

The workday was in prep for a metal carport style shEd, not TshAd.

I have purchased plastic tubs and fertilizer for the method you suggested to me via email. However prep work for the metal carport shed has taken a bit longer than I had hoped.

The tubs/fertilzer will go in by June 20.

Frank good luck on the fertilizer, let us know how it works. I have figured out on new ponds it just takes more fertilizer than older ponds. Mama is feeling kinda funny, first time she has complained yet, so maybe tonight???

We sure hope so, Greg! I've never checked a PondBoss thread so frequently in all my days here! \:\)

Greg, make sure to bring some music for the delivery room, cash for the cafeteria, and some beers in a cooler.

While I knew we had a daughter coming, I was still cranking Jimi's Voodoo Chile (Slight Return) as she came out. I know one day she'll ask me why that song sounds so familiar. I'm sure she'll thank me when I tell her why.

"She took another microscopic bite of her sandwich, then pushed it away. Maybe she absorbed nutrients from her surroundings."

The first time I held my daughter, Van Morrison's "Brown-Eyed Girl" played on the radio in the hospital room. I looked at her eyes, dark grey at the time, and knew they would turn a beautiful brown just like her brother's had 4 years before. I never much liked the song before that, but it has had a special meaning to me ever since then.

That's great memories, Theo. The song has stood the test of time. My oldest granddaughter, almost 9, thinks that song was written about her.

I was one of the earlier ponds Greg shocked with the new boat, and possibly the first with ultra-clear water and low conductivity. Visibility was easily 6-8 feet, it was the night after a cold front came through, and we were fighting equipment problems a bit, so there were a lot of factors conspiring against us. The other thing we felt like we were dealing with as a result of the clear water besides conductivity was the fact that in lots of cases it just felt like the fish saw us coming and took off before they could get in the field. I'm guessing this is less of a factor at night and thus one of the reasons that was suggested?

Dave sorry about that I will tell her to hurry up. \:\) I planned to not walk down the hill to the office today but still no baby. I wrote out the work schedule for all three employees for the week, oh well. She has had for 2 months now a bag packed with her portable CD player and a CD made for her by a frined to relax her. I don't know about beers in the cooler part, although I like you thinking process Sunil.

Yep Cary that is the reason for night shocking, also a little cooler so the fish might just move up shallower at night. We will have to give it a try, but could imagine the complaints out there about a generator running at night, could not imagine.

Typo I meant to type Troy. We would have the cops called on us for sure even if we put it in the newsletter. Can just see sheriff telling us no fishin allowed especailly at night.

Patience is wearing thin, no baby and nothing to indicate soon in sight. 2 weeks late.

Are any of Greg's friends or contacts monitoring this string? If so, please be sure to give us an update if you learn anything. Thanks
