Ok just assuming a normal minnows, panfish, bass chronology on a new pond in S Ga. What am I looking at on stocking cost? $1000? $5000? thanks!

Welcome to Pond Boss Brad! Your goals will determine your stocking rates, which ultimately will determine cost. Cost per fish varies, but I bet your neighbor Greg Grimes could help you with that.

Yes get with Greg Grimes. I have not bought fish from him since he is so far away, but have purchased other items and he has helped me along the way with any questions I had on them.
Plan to get another feeder from him once we get another pond setup or convince some friends to put it up. Pretty good deal for them as all they have to do is allow me to put it up and fish the pond. I said I would buy the feeder and feed.
Everyone wins.

Your post results in lots of questions -- like . . . What is in the pond now? How big is the pond? How old is the pond? What are your pond goals?
