How do you catch stripers. I have 45 (theoretically) in my pond but never catch them, and never see them save the solitary one that eats feed. A couple weeks ago for one night only a whole bunch of them were nailing the feed, but that was but one night in 2 years. When I first got them I caught a few on worms, but have'nt caught a mature one yet.

matthew,
Are you talking about Hybrid striped bass (HSB) or true stripers?
The easiest and maybe most fun way to catch HSB in a pond is with PomPoms or a pellet fly. Do a search and you can find info on them.
I like to fly fish, so I catch them on a variety of flies...anything that looks like a shad is particularly good...and live shad is a go to if you like to bait fish. Any shad-like lures, like lipless cranks work good also.
