I received my new Bo-Jo fish light in the mail this weekend. I have yet to have the opportunity to put it on the dock but wanted to let everyone know that it appears to be a very high quality product. It is constructed well and even came with light bulbs. It's more expensive than some but as usual, I am sure you get what you pay for. I'll let you know later how it works.
I will also be hooking it up to a solar panel / battery / inverter and testing the performance and run times.

I'm curious to know more about your inverter set-up. Sounds like a good idea, although they don't consume a whole lot of energy. Of course if no electricity is available, then it is the only way to go.
