Thanks, she hooked a larger one. I looked over and thought she had a nice bass. She got it closer to the boat and yelled Oh my god, it's a crappie. I saw it just as it got loose. It had a mouth the size of a 4lb LMB. I sure wish we could of got it on the scales.

The boat is a 16 foot Bass Tracker with a 25hp gas motor. It is just the right size for our pond. There is enough room for us and the dog, yet not too big to get in the smaller parts of the lake.

The Pond is 20 acres, spread out with lots of shore line.

King -- I lived for a year in Pittsburg, a year in Winfield, and then about 5 years in Emporia. That was back in the 80s. Lots of good fishing down there!
