Do you have any way to measure the O2?

It'll be interesting to see how the pond temps progress this year. If it's already 61 at 2 feet, I am a bit concerned it may get too warm by mid summer.

The brown trout are going to be most tolerant to warm waters by far. In the creek behind our hunting cabin, we see the brown trout survive the summer about every other year on average. We see the rainbows survive about 1 out of every 4 or 5. We don't bother stocking brook trout because they just don't last long into spring. They're gone by mid to lake May while out brown trout can be caught into early July. Then they are uncatchable until late September when the waters cool back down if they survive.

Wow troutman, your water temp is much cooler than mine. I am already at 67.6 water temp at 2 foot deep. My trout did really well last year even though it was a hot summer. I lost 2 foot of water to evaporation during the summer, so I only had 10 foot of water during july and august. I just cut back a bunch on the airating and somehow they made it. good luck.
