I have added 10 -52-4 and the clairty is perfect but what is this my lake lake 2

I know there is grass but more? Is the blobs on to they seem to be in corners and at spillway lake is 70 acres

"IT" is the beginning of a filamentous algae bloom. Not a good sign! When and how did you apply the 10-52-4; and what was the water-temp at that point? The water is too clear (IMO), and fertilizing may have doused the fire with gasoline.

Mid March water temp was mid 60s so should I a feet more to darken on try another route

Perfect clarity is between 18 and 24 inches. I wouldn't add more. Like Kelly says, you have tossed gas on the fire.

70 acres? That's a whopper. Did you fertilize the whole lake? What was your goal?

How much of the plant material is there ? What is your alkalinity?

Besides the lake's alkalinity, your application method (literally, "how you applied it") and the applied rate-per-acre are also critical pieces of information.
As a general rule, never fertilize if there's an existing "weed problem" - unless other actions are planned or in-place to manage the weeds'/algae predictable response to the introduction of more nutrients.

not sure on alk. In Feb we put in 125 tons of lime feet was water sol. On the lake maybe 1 of 70 acres. Is this bad how do I stop it its mostly in front of spill way and a few dead spots in the lake where there's not much movement

If I understand correctly you added 280 lbs. of fertilizer. You also state that you added 125 tons of lime earlier. If you needed lime in a 70 acre lake (not knowing your alkalinity) I would think you would need 140 tons at a minimum. You should check your alkalinity before fertilizing a lake, if it is below 20 ppm you will only benefit weeds such as the algae mats you currently have. I will sometimes fertilize a lake with some weed growth, but it depends on the type of weed and how much. Its a judgement call that I make based on my experience, but I will almost always tell a new do-it-yourself-er to get rid of any weed growth prior to fertilizing. I can't tell from the pics how bad it is, but the water looks clear and think you will have to deal with the algae now with some algicide before you proceed. Be careful though with aquatic herbicides, as you can kill fish if not properly applied. You will also need to know your alkalinity.
