We were contacted about a muddy east Texas pond (near Dangerfield). They need about 3 tons of gypsum delivered and spread if you have the right equipment, otherwise we said we would help them spread it when we have time. One reputable source would not deliver unless 12 tons or more was ordered. Any recommendations on vendors that sell it near Longview or Athens, TX would be appreciated. As always thank you Pond Boss Forum for the help!

Scott, get in touch with US Gypsum. I haven't messed with gyp in years but found that prices can vary.

It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

I think Estes Chemical in Carrollton can get it. They can probably get it closer to you if you ask.

Thanks! I will contact them today and see if they can help. Appreciate the assistance. There are many sources for pond management information, but the Pond Boss Forum is one of the best!
