I'd like to feed twice a day. What would be the best times?
Just do it...

With our trout here I haven’t seen a bad time to feed. Our feeders have been going off at 8:00 a.m. the past few weeks and they feed like crazy. You can throw some food out any time of day after that and they will feed like hogs. Try feeding them at 8 or 9 in the morning and then again at 4 or 5 in the afternoon.

I've been feeding mine at 8, 1 and 5. They go nuts each and every time. I really don't think it matters.
