I wanted to take a minute to share some pics from some CNBG's that Overton's shipped to me.
I'm in Arizona, so I needed to have someone ship them; and I wanted to simulate year classes with my initial stocking, so I wanted small BG and some larger 5-6 inch adult fish that will be my 'big BG's' for the next few years.
Todd agreed to ship me 20 select males from last summer (thanks Bruce for the idea of asking!), along with 200 small CNBG. (I also stocked 30 4-5 inch native BG, 30 RES, and 25 6" SMB from Hartley)
In addition, my schedule was a bit crazy so he arranged for Saturday UPS delivery.
The fish showed up and the larger CNBG were all as happy as can be. A few of the smaller ones didn't make it as expected.
Later that evening they were chowing down pellets and are happy little eating machines!
