I am mainly feeding 12-14 inch Hybrid Striped Bass, some 12-15 inch channel cats and a couple 8-10inch largemouths. Is Aquamax largemouth too big?

LMB: They might be able to handle it, size-wise. IME LMB even bigger than yours (12") do not like Largemouth pellets much at all, even if they are aggressive Aquamax 600 eaters. The 8-10" LMB are probably even lkess likely to eat it.
CC: I think they could eat it. I am sure some (what % - ?) would do so.
HSB: Pass on judgement.
Overall, this late in the season I would feed 600. Get some Largemouth pellets next Spring and the should be eating it well sometime next year.
