So there's only like 32 of us coming to the show via the forum??? It may be that no one wants to admit their involvement with this group. Today I brought one of my team leaders into a meeting with me to say that he would represent me at meetings over the next couple of weeks. Somebody asked where I was going to be. The person who keeps the itinerary showed the schedule. It lists me as being at a "pond scum party."

Got the recall performed on my car, got the tires rotated, have to get the oil change and a quick going over. But I think JHAP is slacking off already: He forgot to remind you all to make sure you pay your estimated taxes prior to leaving for the conference. Perhaps he is partying already?

Working long and late on some beautiful sunny warm days, with the lake just treated on Tues. looking tip top and not a soul on it. These month ends just come quicker and quicker, but I will get it done! I can't wait to go on this 800 mile road trip and meet you all in a beautiful place to boot!

Today is my last day of work before the conference.Unfortunatly,my wife has to work thru the weekend.We plan on heading out Tuesday morning when she gets off work.Planning on stopping in Eureka Springs on the way up.

It's been so busy, I think I've been on this forum 4 times this year. Haven't even had time to anticipate the conference, but now, after reading this post, I can't wait to be there!
We are hoping to arrive Wednesday afternoon. These last two days of rain are going to make for a busy Monday and Tuesday on the water next week. I'm hoping we can wrap our unfinished projects up in two days so we can be at Big Cedar for dinner on Wednesday. Look forward to catching up with everyone!

With all these people driving from all over the country, shouldn't we make signs that say "Pond Boss or Bust" and put them in our back windows? You know, like Just Married signs?

For anyone arriving after dark, don't follow the Mapquest directions. The road entering Big Cedar is named Devil's Pool Rd. About .5 miles after turning onto Devil's Pool Rd., you will come to a "Y" junction. Most directions have you stay left on Devil's Pool, but stay right and take Estate Dr. about a half mile to the Registration building.
Devil's Pool Rd. is VERY narrow and curves very sharply down the side of a very steep hill. It is also black asphalt and poorly marked. Estate drive is a newer, well marked, two lane road that is in excellent condition.

Thanks, that will help. The weather looks really great - sunny and mid-70's, lows mid fifties......no rain in the forecast.
