upnorthmn,
Welcome to the forum! You've found the right place to get your questioned answered.
I am no expert on the dredging part... You may want to post those questions pertaining to that in the "Renovating a Pond or Lake?" forum subsection. You'll have the best chance at exposure and get the answers you want.
With the hybrid bluegills(HBG), LMB and northern pike(NP) combination, what are you goals for that fishery? HBG do not reproduce very well and will not produce much forage for your bass or NP. You may want to consider another option such as native or pure bluegill(BG). Also, a pond of 3/4 acre in size will have a hard time providing enough biomass/forage to maintain a fishery with NP in it. In most ponds that size with NP, you'll end up with about a half dozen NP around 8-10 lbs and hardly any bass as the pike will have eaten them all.
Do some researching using the forums search capability, putting in key works like northern pike, hybrid bluegill, etc... There is a wealth of information in here for you to read. If you cannot find what you are looking for, try posting those specific questions in the sub forum that best matches and that will give you the highest odds of getting several good answers.
Best of luck!
