It was 97 degrees today here in Central Texas. Supposed to be below freezing tomorrow night or the night after

In Dog Beers, I've had one.

I'm not sure what the high was today, but the forecasted high for tomorrow is 94.

Our normal highs for right now should be between 20 and 25F. I am so sick of winter now. We hauled grain and cleaned bins all morning in this weather. Staying inside tomorow. Maybe I should get a Job in Texas next winter.

5 inches of snow yesterday, perhaps another inch or two later this afternoon. Of course, it was 48 F for the high on Tuesday, so we are getting the "swings" just like others.

In the 80's for the last 3 or 4 days but a cold front is coming in. The WeatherGal said we are in for a cold weekend in the 50's. Dang, I hate cold weather.

Actually, I would love to see a 10 inch snow. First, I've never seen one. Second, it would give the ground some moisture.

It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

Once again, Guv, we've always got a room for you in our house.

For other forum members, we've got a really nice shed out back.

Sunil, how much snow they calling for in Somerset this weekend? They are only calling for about an inch or two at our hunting cabin in Bedford.

I'm headed up there this Sunday to cut some firewood and put food in the deer feeder. Two weekends from now I am heading up for the whole weekend, going to be stocking trout in the stream behind the hunting cabin two weeks from today. You ever do any business with Laurel Hill Trout Farm? They have a location in Somerset and one in Osterburg. I buy all my trout from them and have never had a complaint. Also gonna be cutting a bunch of trees so the deer can eat the tops when I am up stocking the trout as well. Going to be a busy weekend...

34 degrees here this morning with a 30 MPH wind. That would make it 63 degrees cooler than day before yesterday. You gotta love this Texas weather.

CJB, I live just east of Pittsburgh, but my pond/land is in Somerset. I haven't tried that Trout supplier. Generally I stock maybe 15 trout each spring and fall just for something different.

Ah... What trout supplier have you used? Laurel Hill doesn't have tiger trout and I have been looking for a supplier semi close by that does...
