Indoors or outdoors? Easy outdoors IF you have a pond full of shiners or fatheads. Indoors, takes a bit to feed train them, and MUST grade them often.

Didn't a recent issue of Pondboss have an article showing feed trained bass being grown out in outdoor tanks made out of grain bin panels with liners?

I was considering raising them in a 300 gallon water trough..around 25 or so...and feed train them...if possible..wanted to try to get them past predation size for larger bass..

For a water trough, you will need to set up a recirculating system with plants or an aquarium filtration system.

Or set it up as a Po' Boy RAS and pump & dump a good fraction of the water each day to flush wastes.
