Does anyone on this forum have any experiece with Kasco's Lake Life Pump? It was developed by Ray Scott (founder of B.A.S.S.). It basically is a large prop that sits on the top of the lake and circulates water for lakes up to 20 acres. I know Bob Lusk is a big advocate of this product.

There is an 8 minute DVD on this starring Ray Scott. I think it came with the Pondboss subscription.

Ive seen the video. I was just wondering if there was anyone out there that had some of these in the field and what you guys opinion was. The video is biased. It is an ad for Kasco. Id like some nonbiased feedback. Thanks

ben not sure if unbiased since I sell them but they have there place. To me this means a pond not too deep, less than 15 feet. About 6-15 acres farialy circular and a power source near middle of lake shoreline. If you have all of that then might be a better choice vs. other aeration systems. I have clients with them but no feedback yet.

Why don't you contact Bob Lusk or Bob Robinson with Kasco or Ray Scott's office and ask for the data. They have data from several years use and can answer any questions. There is a thread here I can find later which might help.
