this critter was an inch long last november.. it fights like a freight train and jumps like a tarpon! This amazing fish has added a tremendous amount of fun to my little pond.

I would just be guessing, but he was about 12" long..There are some others in the pond that are several inches longer. Overwintering these babies are going to be a real challenge. I'm not sure my 150 gall. tub will be big enough to hold 5 pacu and some small tilapia. That assumes i can catch all the pacu. I do know from last years experience, that i better not wait too long. Cooler water makes these tropical fish much harder to catch.
