What is the best kind of cover to add to a small pond that will help protect minnows and shad?
What is the best way to sink the cover?

Hey, Zoom Master! Have you learned how to use the search function yet? There are pages and pages of ideas right here.. http://www.pondboss.com/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=postlist&Board=4&page=1I would recommend that you spend some time browsing these great threads, then maybe come back with questions about specific types of structure. There's probably enough here to last you for days, and a lot of the questions have already been answered with dozens of really good replies. It's much more efficient to do it this way. I found that out a couple of years ago.

Nothing to feel dumb about. It's just a matter of efficiency. Some of those threads had days or weeks to "mature", and they have really good advice in them.

If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.
